Shannon Wright, Regional Vice President

Skilled in creating and maintaining reciprocal relationships in the local community

As regional vice president of staffing, Shannon sources, recruits and trains internal staff; sources and recruits field employees; and builds and maintains relationships with clients and members of the community.

Prior to joining Wilson, Shannon was an account manager and part of a specialized team that assisted federally-defaulted student loan borrowers with avoiding administrative wage garnishment and tax offset. Before that, she was a store manager at a jewelry store, where she successfully recruited new team members and performed regular staff training.

As a dedicated HR professional, Shannon currently serves on the membership committee of the Human Resources Association – Greater Concord, NH, an organization that promotes networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in human resources. Outside of Wilson, Shannon is a full-time student at Granite State College and expects to graduate in 2018 with a bachelor’s in human resources. She dedicates her remaining free time to training horses at a local farm, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Tom Haydon, CSP, Staffing Specialist

Specializing in creating and implementing customized light industrial workforce solutions to meet our client’s peak productivity needs

Tom brings unique experience and skills to our organization. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 29 years of service, his background includes: operations design and implementation, planning, and leadership. His career began with a tour in West Germany on the front lines of the Cold War, and completed with a deployment to Afghanistan, supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Some of Tom’s areas of effectiveness and achievement are:

  • Over 18 years of senior military operations management experience.
  • Extensive background in assessing needs, inter-agency collaboration, cooperation, planning, integrating people and resources, and coordinating multi-level requirements.
  • Ability to manage long-term requirements along with directing daily operations.
  • Excellent communication, team work, organization, and problem solving skills combined with leadership, discipline, and accountability.
  • Tom attained his Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association, and has a B.S. in Business Administration, from Norwich University, VT. Tom’s background has strengthened our team’s ability in creating effective workforce solutions.

Jessica Vitkauskas, Resource Specialist

Excels at sourcing top-quality candidates for a variety of industries      

Jessica is a Resource Specialist responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening top quality candidates to present to Wilson Employment clients for their open positions.

Prior to joining Wilson Employment, Jessica spent eight years with Six Flags New England as the Human Resources Training Coordinator, responsible for managing the training program for over 3,000 employees per season, performing extensive onboarding processes, and conducting leadership seminars. She then became a Human Resources Coordinator at Textiles Coated International, where she recruited, interviewed, and hired all employees; assisted in the ISO 9001:2008 certification process; and managed the training program while ensuring ISO compliance.

After their wedding in 2013, Jessica and her husband moved to New Hampshire and started a family, welcoming their son Noah in 2014 and daughter Riley in 2016. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family at their home in Hillsborough, playing board games, hiking, camping, and rooting for the Red Sox, Bruins and Patriots.

Sue Sheehan, Recruiting Manager (Engineering)

Dedicated to developing mutually-beneficial partnerships and providing outstanding service

In her role as engineering recruiting manager for Wilson Employment, Sue is responsible for the full spectrum of the recruiting lifecycle, from developing strong partnerships with organizations to sourcing top-notch candidates to fill great opportunities within those organizations.

As part of her professional development, Sue transitioned into this role from a business development position at Leddy Group, where she cultivated relationships with valued business partners and assisted them with their staffing needs. Prior to that, she worked in a variety of sales and customer services roles in industries such as education, government, medical and non-profit.

Sue graduated from Keene State College with a BS in management. In her spare time, she volunteers for a number of children’s and educational causes, and serves on the boards of directors for a high school lacrosse booster club and an educational endowment fund in her community. She enjoys gardening, golfing, hiking, kayaking, and cheering on her children as they participate in various sports.

Tim Hutchins, Office Assistant

Supports the Wilson team in performing successful placements

As Office Assistant at Wilson Employment, Tim greets walk-in candidates, answers inbound calls, and processes a variety of paperwork. He also assists the team by conducting prescreen interviews and reference checks.

Tim honed his people and administrative skills during past customer service roles he held in the retail and public service industries. In his position with Wilson, he enjoys working with the Wilson team to help candidates find new and interesting positions.

Tim earned an associate’s degree in liberal arts with a concentration in English. A life-long resident of New Hampshire, he enjoys strumming his guitar in his free time.
