Steps to Success
From the first step in the employment process, our goal will be to streamline your experience in order to ensure your success.
Telephone Interview – Unlike traditional staffing agencies, you are free to submit your resume at any time—no need to register or provide your personal information until we have an actual job match for you.
On-Line Evaluation (if appropriate) – By identifying your strengths, we can help you achieve your career goals and match you with the right job. This step is done remotely and is a useful discussion tool if you come in for an interview.
In-Depth Application and Interview (in our office) – Once we have a job opportunity for consideration, we will listen to your interests and goals while ensuring the job we have in mind for you is the best possible match.
Reference Checks – Our goal is to position you as the ideal candidate for a position with our client. We will ask you to provide a minimum of two positive references so that we may assure our clients that you are eligible for hire.

Job Placement – Once we mutually agree that the job is a good fit and we would like to move forward, we will complete designated background checks and drug tests so you may earn our Wilson Employment Networks “Seal of Approval” and be officially placed in the job. You’ll then receive an in-depth orientation so you may start your new assignment with confidence.
Satisfaction Check – Our staffing specialists communicate with you and your employer at the very start of any new assignment, and regularly on an ongoing basis. This helps to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your new job.
